What happens after I contact Deep Sea Fauna?
We'll reply within one business day with a few follow-up questions (if needed) and a link to book time about 30 minutes to talk. All calls with us are free.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?
Not at all. Most people come to us with just a general sense of what they need or want. You might already have a website you just want to tweak and optimize, or something new and exciting from the ground up.
Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes, genuinely. We will talk to you about the way we work, and you decide whether you want to work with us. If it helps, we mock-up a few concepts for you to evaluate so you have an idea of what is possible, with no obligation to move forward. If we're not a fit, we'll say so directly and point you in a better direction.
