Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 2, 2026. We strive to make deepseafauna.com usable by people of all abilities.

Our commitment

Deep Sea Fauna designs and builds websites to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. We apply the same standard to our own marketing site: clear structure, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard access, visible focus, descriptive labels, and responsive layouts.

Conformance status

We test key templates with automated checks and manual review (including keyboard-only navigation and screen reader spot checks). Because the site evolves, occasional issues may appear between releases. When we find barriers, we prioritise fixes in line with their impact on users.

Third-party content

Some embedded content or scripts from third parties may not fully meet the same standards. We choose partners and embeds carefully and request accessibility improvements where we can.

Feedback and assistance

If you have difficulty using any part of deepseafauna.com — or if you have suggestions to improve accessibility — please tell us. We take reports seriously and will work with you to provide the information or service you need in a format that works for you.

Contact us via the contact page. Please include the page address (URL) and a short description of the issue so we can investigate quickly.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact relevant authorities in your jurisdiction that handle disability rights or consumer protection.
